My husband has already written a review but I just wanted to add my own review from the ‘wife’s ‘ perspective . Organising and travelling with teenagers is challenging a the best of times particularly with a semi educational trip as opposed to a theme park . My last visit to the pyramids was 1989 - a different lifetime ! Lady Egypt had everything organised down to the last detail and made the tour, fun and entertaining for my kids . They did wane a little bit on the 2nd day as I think they were all ‘ historical fact ‘ out after the museum , citadel , mosque and Coptic church . However the memories of this trip will last them a lifetime . Mahmoud , our very own Mr Bean lookalike is intelligent , well read and very entertaining . If only 10% of what he told us is remembered by my kids , he should consider it a success . I would have no hesitation in recommending Lady Egypt as a preferred tour guide business . If you are thinking of making a visit , do it sooner rather than later . Not perhaps for young kids better for teenagers . Folk are friendly and not once did we feel uneasy or unsafe wandering around . In fact , my kids were approached on several occasions to have photos with some local Egyptians . Snapchat and instagram fame in Egypt !!! Thank You again for making our trip to Egypt so memorable

We have visited Ezypt recently .Our tour conductor was Lady Ezypt.We are really facinated by their hospitality and helping attitude.We never felt we were in a different contry.Mr.Khalifa at airport welcomed us and such warm welcome we never got before.They look after every needs and requirements. Mr.Asraf at cruise from Aswan to Luxor was outstanding.His knowledge in ancient ezyptian history is unbeleiveable. Mr.Mohammed at Cairo and Alexzandria is awesome.God bless you all.

I first started planning our trip with Reham from Lady Egypt in August 2017. I chose this company because of all the reviews I read and little did we know that it exceeded all our expectations. There were 13 of us in our group and I told Reham what we wanted. She tailor made our trip based on what we wanted and places we wanted to see and what we specifically wanted to do. She also had some suggestions which we gladly read about and were able to squeeze in our limited schedule. Reham is exceptional and she made sure we were taken cared of. This was a trip of a lifetime and I must say that Lady Egypt gave us the best experience of a lifetime. We got to ride the camel in Wadi Rum and stay in a camp in a Bedouin tent and Petra was amazing. We did our hot air balloon ride overlooking the Valley of the Kings in Luxor and enjoyed our felucca ride on the Nile river. They took us to all these amazing places that you can only imagine by looking at poctures and watching movies. We all felt like Lara Croft Tomb Raider and Indiana Jones. Enough with our mind blowing experience. Let me talk about our exceptional tour guides. Ibrahim for Jordan was great. He was very informative and knowledgeable and we appreciate him giving us as much information as he can because we left Jordan not just admiring it’s beauty but also knowing the country a bit more and knowing more about this biblical places. Ali our driver who kept us safe and took us everywhere. Now, Waleed our tour guide in Egypt who is a certified Egyptologist and is the best guide you canever have in Egypt. He knew everything and was able to explain all about history of the Pharoahs and all the temples and just about everything you can only watch in Discovery chanel about Egypt. Thank you Reham for arranging everything and Thank you to our extraordinary guides who Had a major role in having us see and experience Jordan and Egypt the way we did . We loved it!

We would like to thank Lady Egypt tours, most especially Reham for the awesome itinerary she had put together for us in Jordan and Egypt. Not only did we find the itinerary truly enjoyable but we were also paired off with incredible tour guides, Ibrahim in Jordan with our driver, Ali and of course, the ever patient and knowledgeable, Waleed Kamouna, not to mention our MIB (Men-in-Black). The group spent a night in Wadi Rum. However, our tent had a problem with the bathroom. I thought the Jordan vacation would be a bust but Ibrahim saved the day. He helped us get a better accommodation, and ensured that we were comfortable with our new tent. As soon as we landed in Cairo, Mahmoud was at the airport to welcome our group. We were escorted to our hotel to get ready for our tour the next day. The checking in was swift and easy. Our tour guide, Waleed Kamouna, showed us around Cairo and Luxor. Waleed shared his knowledge and love of his country-Egypt, and guided us through various Ancient Egyptian sites. He accommodated all the needs of the group. Throughout our stay in Egypt especially in Cairo, we felt safe. Overall, our group had an incredible time in Jordan and Egypt. We highly recommend Lady Egypt to anyone planning a trip to Jordan & Egypt. Our sincere thanks to their crew - the ever patient Reham; and Jamal whom I never met but organized and expedited our border requirements, Mahmoud, the Men in Black, Ibrahim, Ali, and Waleed. As a family of 5 we used Lady Egypt Tours for our tour package provider whilst in Egypt. We travelled to Cairo from London Heathrow, went on the River Nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor and finished off back in Cairo. From the moment we landed in Cairo airport it was clear Lady Egypt Tours were all about providing an exceptional customer service experience that went the extra mile! We were greeted by our Agent (Anaas) right as we disembarked the plane. We were surprised to see that Anaas had the clearance to come all the way inside the airport to pick us up BEFORE immigration, this is a clearance that other tour guides do not have. Anaas picked had a board with our names and we easily met him. He was very professional from our first meet and very organised. From that very moment it was clear he had only our best interests at heart. He helped us through immigration very swiftly and efficiently and took us to our car. We had a car all to ourselves, it was in immaculate condition with full AC. When we got to the hotel Anaas checked us in to our rooms and waited for 30 minutes to see if we had any issues. I had an issue with my room and he quickly had my room changed without any issues. The next day we met our tour guide (Fayed) who took us around Cairo. Again, he was very professional and knowledgable. His method of explaining the importance of certain places was brilliant, it was not like a history lesson but rather an engaging conversation full of interesting facts. We went on a 3 day River Nile cruise and our representative and guide there (Sim Sim) again met us at the airport and stayed with us throughout the 3 days on the cruise. He, too, was very engaging and fun to get along with. He knew exactly what he was talking about, answered all of our questions and even get to know us on a personal level. I would definitely recommend Lady Egypt Tours for their exceptional service throughout our stay. All the guys from the trip (Anaas, Fayed and Sim Sim) were great people and it is safe to say we have made a really good friendship with them. 5* Service!

Amazing ! They made everthing so easy they took me to the pharmacy when I got sick and brought me antibiotics and had them for when I landed it was the easier trip out representative would check in for us and check us in at the airport the tour guides were so sweet and had dock smacking insight we could not have asked for a better trip and that’s all thanks to lady Egypt tours!

Review of: 6-Night Aswan to Luxor Nile Cruise from Cairo I cannot say enough good things about this tour company, from start to finish everybody was amazing! They met us right at the plane and were with us the whole time, and even when my daughter got a throat infection and needed antibiotics they got them right away for us :-) we also made some life long friends!

I have always wanted to visit Egypt but never knew a proper route to do so. A friend of mine recommended Lady Egypt Tours as she had visited Egypt through them as well, I looked at the site and booked right away. I had a good feeling. Everything from the pick up at the airport to the drop off at the airport while your guide single handed-ly walks you through everything to everything in between was just excellent. I do not have enough AMAZING things to say about Lady Egypt Tours!! From the airport pickup and the walk through customs and security, to the guided tours, this tour was absolutely incredible! The staff were so knowledgeable and open to any questions that my friend and I had. I have no complaints about this tour! If anyone is considering seeing Egypt, choose Lady Egypt Tours!! It's only been two days since leaving Egypt with Lady Egypt Tours and I still don't have the words to fully express my gratitude for their hospitality and incredible memories! My guides and chauffers were Anass, Mahmoud, Muhammad, Muhammad #2 (haha), Ahmed, and Rami and they were all so amazing and friendly! Each of them took such great care of me throughout my two-week stay. Every day I was learning something new about Egyptian culture through them. As a solo traveler, you will feel super safe with Lady Egypt. They take care of everything for you so that all you need to do is show up with your camera and be ready for the adventure. All of the hotels and apartments were gorgeous. If you make it to Dahab, Dahab Paradise was my favorite view! There is a beautiful pool and you're right in front of the sea, it's so magical! I have to say a huge thanks to Nahla as well who was so helpful and supportive with creating a perfect itinerary for me. Lady Egypt's staff has so much attention to detail with their service that I'm positive you won't find a better tour company in this country. Egypt is a destination that should be explored with locals. The local guides make sure they are giving you tips and guidance each step of the way. My favorite stops were Luxor and Aswan, but of course, there were memorable moments everywhere. Very thankful for my time with the Lady Egypt crew and I'm positive I'll be back. We were a small group with extremely specific (and highly unusual) needs, in Cairo for an 8-day visit. We have been to Egypt several times before, so we were not there to see the usual tourist destinations, but wanted to visit some out-of-the way spots. From our first contact with Lady Egypt via email (thanks, Maya!) we had every crazy request addressed. Not only did they arrange some highly unusual destinations (an out-of-the way Coptic monastery farm), they were also flexible enough to arrange visits to places that other tourists almost never visit. And while driving, if we spotted something unusual from the van, our driver would pull over and patiently wait as we all jumped out to film it. While we were in control of our itinerary, we also needed their expertise to explain what is NOT possible, and what we should avoid doing for our own safety (and to stay out of jail.) And when we had issues with officials at the airport (both arriving and departing, due to our excessive camera equipment), Lady Egypt was there to smooth the way and keep us out of trouble. They are far more than just a tour company; they are also premiere fixers. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire team. From the driver to the guide to the coordinator, we felt completely cared for. One BIG piece of advice: definitely book your hotel through Lady Egypt. I made the mistake of independently booking our hotel separately and only found out after we arrived in Cairo that Lady Egypt could have booked the SAME hotel, with the SAME deluxe rooms for a third of the price.

My husband and I spent 11 days and 10 nights touring the wonderful cities and sights of Cairo, Aswan, Luxor, and Hurghada for our honeymoon. From start to finish, our experience with Lady Egypt was seamless. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our trip enjoyable. Our tour leader, Khalifa, and each of our tour guides (Mohammed, Mahmoud, and Shareef) were all exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and warm. At the end of each tour, we felt as if they were our good friends! I also want to acknowledge Nahla in the Sales Department for crafting the perfect itinerary for us and assisting us through each step of the booking process. Visiting Egypt was a lifelong dream of ours, and we are so thrilled to be able to now say that we've checked it off our bucket list! Some of the highlights of the trip included watching the sunrise from a hot air balloon ride over Luxor, snorkeling in the Red Sea, and stunning views of temples, tombs, and pyramids. I truly can't say enough good things about Lady Egypt Tours. We loved every minute of our time here and cannot wait to return to this beautiful country again one day! Was the best overseas holiday I have had so far, very well organised. The guides were brilliant and very informative about all the sites we visited. Safety was not an issue, as all the people were so friendly and keen to meet you and practice there English . Would go back and use lady Egypt tours again, they were brilliant. From May 26th to May 30th we embarked on a Nile Cruise with friends - like we've done some 15 years ago - and had a most remarkable experience thanks to Lady Egypt's organizational skills and its staff in Cairo as well as in Upper Egypt. From the moment we got picked up punctually at 5am at our house in Giza to be brought to the airport till the moment we returned home everything was simply excellent. Mr. Mohamed, the company's rep, who came with us to the airport, took care of everything and we could just follow his lead and relax; we didn’t have to go through the normal hassle and stress which is today associated with airports in general. Upon arrival in Luxor we were met by a company driver and a representative of Lady Egypt, who turned out to be our tour guide for the entire duration of our trip, Mr. Mahmoud Abdel Rahman. We felt immediately comfortable with Mahmoud whose nickname is “Boundouk” – meaning Hazelnut – LOL. His excellent English and mannerism as well as his warm, open and welcoming personality made us feel instantly at ease. Add to this that we discovered on our first sightseeing tour with him that he has a very vast and well founded knowledge of Egypt's history. Rather than throwing numbers and foreign pharaonic names at us he packed history into a narrative that made it highly interesting to listen to. Lady Egypt can be rightfully proud to have him on board! Under the guide of Mahmoud we thoroughly enjoyed the superb wonders of Egypt which are second to none worldwide. It is always puzzling our minds that (despite our high technical advancement) we still don’t have all the answers to the monuments which were built Thousands of years ago by the Pharos. We stood one more time in awe and admiration in front of these ancient wonders and beauties and paid wholeheartedly tribute to the greatness of the Egyptian people and their pharaonic leaders. The crew of the M/S Amwaj did their very best to make our stay on board as pleasurable as possible. Given the restricted space on any boat we had very comfortable cabins which served their purpose perfectly. We got specially spoiled by the entire crew to the point that Chef Omar made on our last evening for the 5 of us the famous desert “Om Ali” which made our taste buds sing … and added some calories to our hips! The fact that some of the staff showed a certain lack of training will surely be evened out once tourism picks up again as seems to be the case right now! The 5 of us are seasoned travelers and we all agree that our trip was exceptionally great from A to Z; be it the organization, the staff of Lady Egypt, our special tour guide Mahmoud Abdel Rahman a.k.a. "Boundouk"", the crew of the M/S Amwaj and naturally the wonders of Egypt - everything has added up to a most beautiful memory which we all will cherish for a long time to come. We will definitely recommend Lady Egypt and the M/S Amwaj to our friends.

First I would like to say Lady Egypt is awesome! From start to finish everyone was helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Nahla our sales rep was very helpful and patient with making our tour exactly what we wanted. They are very flexible with changes to their advertised tour packages. Khalifa met us at the airport and made sure the entire trip that we were happy and safe. He's professional and fun and I felt he genuinely cared for us. Our first tour guide was very good and a great photographer at the pyramids! We then had Mahmoud for 3 days on the Nile cruise. He is awesome! Very knowledgeable and fun. He was professional but still liked to joke around with us and made sure we were happy. In Hurghada we had Mohamed, I was impressed with him getting us what we wanted last minute and make the best of our short time there. I feel like we not only had a great time in Egypt but made some friends along the way! Please don't be hesitant to visit Egypt. The media makes it seem like a scary place but it was quite the opposite! It was just my female friend and me in the tour and we felt safe the entire tour! I would highly recommend Lady Egypt to everyone!

Well, it’s been 4 days since we got home to Canada and I am still wishing that I extended my stay in Egypt. I am sad that it ended so soon as I’ve never felt so safe, spoiled and very important. What an amazing experience and a luxurious holiday. From start of our trip till the end was an outstanding experience. I would give Lady Egypt Tour more than a 5 star. Let’s say 10 star ⭐️ lol. We even missed to visit the inside of one of the temple because we were having way too much fun! (It’s our fault) Hahahah that was so funny! everything happens for a reason and this one is for us to go back to Egypt and get Bondoq to take us back to Abu Simbel. Review of: 6-Night Aswan to Luxor Nile Cruise from Cairo I traveled several times with Lady Egypt, and every time my experience is better and better. Their team really cares about you, it is very impressive how they keen on improving their service level. And they select the best cruise ships. Once you travel with them, you can sit back and enjoy, you are in the best hands.

My family and I had a short 4 night stay in a Cairo. I have been before and wanted help on arrival and tours of the Pyramids, the Egyptian museum and old Cairo. I also wanted a day by the pool at our hotel. I arranged E visas and on arrival was met by Khalifa who whisked us through the arrival formalities and out to our waiting transport. My wife and daughter were presented with small but beautifully arranged flowers, it was a lovely touch. Our hotel was about 90 minutes from the airport and en route, Khalifa kept us informed but also took account of the hour (1am) At 8am he was back at the hotel and we then met our guide for the next two days. Mahmoud was outstanding, simply could not have been better. A qualified Egyptologist who speaks at least 3 languages and was a thoroughly entertaining and engaging guide. He was immensely patient with us and we learned so much. I should also say he did all this while following the Ramadan Fast. I couldn’t manage an hour without water let alone a day and still be professional. We were never pressured to do anything, buy anything or go anywhere. We had limited time and so wanted to see the sites not the shops. Everything was done at our pace and Mahmoud kept us on track. The tour of Egyptian museum I have done before but this time was the best. I don’t normally recommend tour companies as I tend to do my own thing after 35 years of travel. Egypt however is a place where some reassurance and facilitation is required. Lady Egypt Tours provides highly professional services with great staff who are on time and responsive. The cost for the 4 of us over 4 days was entirely reasonable and was great value for money. There is a tipping culture and this was explained in detail by Khalifa on the first morning. I was not unduly concerned about my safety before the trip. The world is uncertain and nowhere is immune to problems, not London, Paris, Sydney, Washington or Cairo. In Cairo I never felt unsafe, not even when wandering around Old Cairo market alone with my wife and kids. I only experienced welcoming people, people who need tourists and the economic support of tourism. If you have ever dreamed of seeing the Pyramids, of riding a camel by the Pyramids or seeing the treasures of Tutankhamen or the ancient mummies, then there has never been a better time to see the wonders of this land. And Lady Egypt Tours and their staff will treat you very well indeed.

There are tours and then there are Lady Egypt Tours! I have just returned from Egypt having been on a pilgrimage for 10 days under the care of Lady Egypt Tours. Their attention to detail was and is exceptional. They went over and above what was required on any such trip. Had it not been for these guys, the whole experience would have been very different, they made sure that it was magical, enlightening and life changing - of which it was. We were a group of 40! This was no problem for them at all. I cannot thank these guys enough as they have created a time and space in my life that I will never ever forget! I will most definitely being using them again as Egypt has captured my heart. I have them to thank for that!

Egypt is wonderful and a place unlike any other. There is history, folklore, mystery, culture, evolution and more. Lady Egypt Tour company and team was the best choice!! My boyfriend and I did the 6 day tour of Cairo and Luxor. In general, we have done tours before and had mixed feelings. We did half our trip in Egypt with the tour company and the other half on our own. Being able to reflect now, we wished we stayed with the tour company the whole time. We were able to go at our own pace, the guides gave us time to wander and ask questions. It wasn't an overload of information and I was able to pick up even on reading some hieroglyphics! Communication before the trip was responsive and clear. They arranged everything to what we wished and were reassuring on exact details. They also sent a pre-trip information that was helpful in getting prepared, packed and aware of the trip. This was helpful and brought us up to speed before taking off. Khalifa was our tour leader and he immediately took care of us from the moment we arrived until even past the time of leaving the tour company. Upon arrival he met us at the gate and made it easy from there. He gave us the information we needed for each day, the culture, what to be aware of, the tipping nature, recommendations, patience and understanding. Our tour guides for both Cairo and Luxor were both named Iman. They were full of information and made it easy to understand and piece it all together. We learned about the ancient times of the pharaohs, pyramids, first stone buildings, tombs, hieroglyphics, mummies, afterlife, temples and more. We also learned of the Greek and Roman Empire, Christian settlements, Ottoman rule, Islamic Cairo/Egypt and current times. One of the highlights is the Hot Air Balloon sunrise over the Valley of the Kings and other temples in Luxor. It was amazing and worth the extra cost. Lady Egypt Tours took the stress away of traveling and created a family. They took care of us and I would recommend to anybody to travel to Egypt and look into Lady Egypt Tours. Families, couples, singles, friends or anyone would appreciate what they have to offer.

From the moment we arrived at the airport in Cairo and KhaliIfa was there to greet us I knew we were in good hands! He had all of our paper work filled out, retrieved our visas and whisked us through immigration & security and on to The Meridian Hotel at the airport. The next morning we met the marvellous Hanni, our guide, our Egyptologist and someone whose became our friend over the next week as we explored Egypt. He was so much more than a guide; he brought the history and the story of Egypt to life. Hanni truly made our trip to Egypt something we will never forget.! When we returned to Cairo from our Nile Cruise we once again stayed at the Meridien where Khalifa was there to take us to our flight on to Jordan. They are truly a full service company. Egypt was magical and might I add very safe; we encourage everyone to go to Egypt and experience the history and incredible pyramids.

We were in Egypt for a 9 days. Our organizer Spenta Travel & Tours Pvt Ltd had a tie up with Lady Egypt Tours. At Cairo airport the two gentlemen who came to pick us up were Mohamed Khalifa and Saul. Our guide who traveled all over Egypt with us was Mahmood. He was brilliant. He had a vast knowledge of everything and we really enjoyed his Company. I would recommend them to anybody without blinking an eye.

Ahmed is a knowledgeable, professional and caring tour guide. As a single female traveling alone i felt completely safe in his care. I would recommend him and this company.
