We were a group of 66 persons, and they delivered Egypt according to each individual's liking! We spent 8 days with this tour and I must say - they have exceeded all my expectations! Mine was a last minute addition to our group trip - decided just 2 days before I took the flight to Cairo! From the Meet & Greet service at the Cairo Airport immigration where within minutes their representative arranged for an on-arrival visa for me right up to the end of the trip with a drop off at Cairo Airport where their representative insisted on waiting till I was all checked in without any trouble - the service, smile and sheer perseverance to deliver the best could be seen throughout the staff and guides! One of the owners himself travelled with our group of 66 persons, and though we only saw the face of the Tour Guides - it was him working ceaselessly in the background making sure everything was going as planned as well as catering to all the changes that we requested! Must mention - Big Mo and Mohammed! The best tour guides you can wish for - well versed with the ancient history, they made every relic come alive with their artful explanations and even engaging the children in a family tree depiction of the Ancient Gods of Egypt! Full marks to both of them for a wonderfully executed and superbly conducted tour all over Egypt!

I just spent a wonderful week with the lovely people of Lady Egypt Tours. Everything was absolutely perfect - - not just seeing the attractions (especially the pyramids) and being put in really comfortable and stylish accommodation - but what made my time particularly enjoyable were the people of Lady Egypt staff themselves. They were all super friendly, kind, personable - and above all - loads of fun. I felt at ease from the second I met my guide Tom (Tamer) and from then on i felt totally at home in Egypt. Lady Egypt worked with our point person to setup a custom one-week tour of upper and lower Egypt for three people, plus a tour of Jordan with another company. Lady Egypt set it all up, and we had a great time. The rate was also very competitive. The tour guides were knowledgeable and fun, the accommodations were comfortable, and we felt safe the whole time. I happily recommended using them.

We have just returned back after a week Egypt tour booked through Lady Egypt Tours. Nahla/Sarah, the sales reps did a remarkable job with the planning and bookings. Everything from the first day at the airport to the last day was perfectly timed with the best of staff at our service including Islam. The icing on the cake was Mahmoud, our guide in Cairo and Alexandria. He was very knowledgeable, polite and down to earth, more of a friend than a guide. Our guide in Aswan, Luxor and the Nile cruise was another guide with the same name Mahmoud. He was nice and always made our visits fun and interesting with loads of laughter. Both guides made sure we were happy and took the best pictures. Will highly recommend them! Before travelling, we had heard of a lot of news about Egypt being unsafe for visitors, but our fears were put to rest by Nahla, and I am glad we went ahead with the tour. Egypt is totally safe for tourists and the Egyptian people are really friendly. I would highly recommend a visit to Egypt through Lady Egypt Tours.

Lady Egypt Tours is absolutely spectacular. I and my two travel companions had around 10 days to travel from Israel (where we had already been on a tour) to Egypt, and then to Jordan, and then needed to get back into Israel to catch our flight home. We told all of that to Lady Egypt and they created a custom made itinerary that included everything we needed/wanted at an incredibly affordable price. The tour guides we had throughout our trip were INCREDIBLE, very kind, extraordinarily knowledgeable and went above and beyond at every point. I did TONS of research for tour companies in Egypt/Middle East, and Lady Egypt was by far the most highly recommended, and had the best prices. Their services are worth far more than they charge, but for them the importance is for tourists to be able to afford to see their country, and it shows. As for safety, you will be taken care of every step of the way, they always have someone to greet you and pick you up at the airport/border/train station, wherever, and will make sure you are looked after and advised at every point, which is necessary in a region such as the Middle East, especially for those new to the region. Lady Egypt made our trip everything we wanted and more, and we are extremely grateful to them. Thank you Lady Egypt! Some highlights: Nile River Cruise - absolute must-do! This was one of my favorite parts of the trip, the boat is SO nice, excellent food, the sun deck on top is a lovely way to watch the sunset, have fun with friends, relax, write postcards, etc. (All while gazing out upon the lovely Nile River). Nubian Village tour - got to hold a baby crocodile! (with its mouth shut of course) Abu Simbel - extra excursion, but worth it. We drove (around 3-4 hours), but we just slept in the car, and you can see the border with Sudan which is neat! Also, you'll have the option to choose 3 or 5 star hotel, we opted for 3, to save money, and all of our accommodations were fabulous, so I would recommend doing 3 star if saving money is important to you. Seriously, all hotels were excellent, no complaints. Jordan is a must-see! Jordan is a peaceful and really beautiful country. Very calm, especially after intense Egypt, where in Egypt you'll get hassled for money at every possible point, in Jordan you are mostly left alone. PETRA. Petra was my favorite site of all of Israel, Egypt, and Jordan combined. Its magnificent, we did both the night tour (with the lanterns) and spent an entire day hiking around. The night tour is a once in a lifetime experience, don't miss it if you can help it! Aboudy was our guide in the Upper Egypt portion and he was incredible, if you're able to have him, you're lucky!

I travelled on a couple of day tours with Lady Egypt tours and they went above and beyond my expectations. Their guide Waleed was amazing and the driver was very professional. Was truly amazing how much knowledge their guide had.

Lady Egypt ensured that our first long overseas trip with a toddler was executed with perfection. Khalifa and his team (the 2 guides) were way too hospitable. We always preferred trips planning all by ourselves but wanted to try this since we were carrying the prankster of the house. Tomy and Hosam our tour guides were amazing. We did a 10 day trip in Egypt with Lady Egypt and thoroughly enjoyed their company.

Based on other outstanding reviews of Lady Egypt we turned to them to provide a custom tour for us including Cairo, a 4 night Nile Cruise, and Abu Simbel. The package was flawless. Guide and drivers were not only on time but early every day. Guides were exceptional and shared their vast knowledge with wit and were fun to be with. The Nile cruise is the way to go! We flew to Abu Simbel which should not be missed and then returned to Cairo for a luxurious night at the Fairmont. It could not have been better. Lady Egypt is so customer focused that they exceeded all expectations. Sadly, tourism is way down in Egypt and the country is suffering. We felt completely safe throughout our entire trip and were even provided with a cell phone should we need anything. Don't hesitate to visit, it is a trip of a lifetime

We booked a trip for two with Lady Egypt to see the ancient sites and modern culture of Egypt, and had a very positive experience from booking until the end of the trip. We spent 4 nights in hotels in Cairo and Aswan, 3 nights on a Nile cruise, and 2 nights on sleeper trains. Representatives from Lady Egypt were there to meet us every time we changed locations, and whenever it was time to begin sightseeing for the day, and they handled all the transportation we needed. Our sightseeing schedule was dense, including the Pyramids, many temples and tombs along the Nile, as well as museums and the bazaar in Cairo. Our guides were excellent -- very friendly and knowledgeable. The price we were quoted from Lady Egypt was below-average, even though we stayed at top hotels and had private guides for all sightseeing. Overall a great deal on an amazing vacation.

We just returned from a trip of a lifetime from Egypt which was organized by Lady Egypt tours. I cannot tell you what an experience we had. Everything from the sights, sounds and people is amazing. For those of you worried about safety - I traveled from NYC with my children and didn't feel unsafe for a second. Ofcourse you have to be vigilant in marketplaces etc but that goes for anywhere in the world. I haven't met a friendlier culture - people truly embrace you and you feel like you are with family all the time. I have to thank Tom Elmyrurgi our main coordinator from Lady Egypt who took care of our every need just like family and Waleed our guide. I urge you all - please go to Egypt - it is truly one of the must see destinations in the world!

We just returned from touring Cairo and doing a Nile River Cruise. We were somewhat anxious about visiting Egypt, due to the fact that Canada has an "avoid non-essential travel" advisory to Egypt. I am happy we went as at no time did we feel unsafe. A big part of this was due to the caring attitude of Lady Egypt tours, especially the tour leader, Islam. He met us at the airport and helped us get our visas and go through passport control. He introduced us to our wonderful guide, Mohammed, who was one of the best we have ever had. His knowledge, humor and passion for his country were strongly evident. On the Nile, we were fortunate to get another excellent tour guide in Mahmoud. Throughout our trip, Islam was either meeting us or phoning to see if we were being well looked after. He even gave us a local cell phone to use. In summary, our Egypt visit was wonderful and we will have memories to last a lifetime. Thank-you, Lady Egypt!

Fabulous trip with Lady Egypt Tours' fantastic team assisting us in every possible aspect! As an expat who moved to Egypt a couple of months ago I wanted to explore the country in depth, and the start has been given thanks to the company I traveled with. Pyramids of Giza are doubtless the greatest attraction of the country but our tour leader has showed us that Egypt is far beyond this surviving to our days Wonder of the Ancient World. After this life-enriching experience I do feel safe and comfortable staying in this amazing country for longer period, and for that I'm grateful to Lady Egypt Tours!

I am a 28 year female who traveled solo on a 4 night 5 day group nile cruise to upper egypt in March 2015 arranged by lady egypt. I will 110% recommend this company in terms of its service and value for money. The company had come recommended to me by my american friend who had take a tour with them, and after reading the trip advisor reviews i was even more convinced. I was on a budget and after surveying many other tour companies I found lady egypt to be offering an absolutely unbeatable price difference; even domestic air tickets were included in the package! Nahla facilitated me in arranging the trip and patiently answered my numerous emails. Inititally it was taking some time to hear back from the company on their general enquiry form and then i found nahla's email and it was smooth from that point onwards; but they might want to look into the response time as other companies were much quicker in responding. The company representatives were very accomodating about the pick and drop from my friend's house in Cairo. The cruise semaramia was 5 star but there were other cruises which looked newer and could have resulted in a pricier package. So be aware that within the 5 star category there can be differences, and you might want to look into it. On the cruise you have to buy water, but lady egypt used to provide 2 small water bottles a day which saved us money. The night entertainment on the cruise was a bit boring and needs to be improved. However for a first time cruise user i was satisfied with the cruise experience, which was overall fun and relaxing. Our tour guide was Mohammad and he was extremely knowledgable, patient and gave helpful advice and kept us all laughing with his great sense of humour. I was extremely lucky to have had Nahla and another company representative accompanying me on this tour. I did not want this tour to end! The company reps seemed just like family at the end especially Nahla! p.s. i would recommend the company to get an assistant for Nahla as she works too hard. As a solo female traveler who is not used to traveling solo security is the prime concern. The company made me feel comfortable at all times. Thanks for making my egypt trip absolutely memorable!

My wife and I just completed a wonderful trip to Egypt and want to highly recommend the Lady Egypt team for providing us great support, wonderful guides and an overall outstanding experience. We enjoyed a private tailor-made tour. Walid, our Cairo guide was extremely knowledgeable, passionate and entertaining. We traveled the Pyramids and all over Cairo - the Museum, Coptic and Islamic sections. We never felt rushed and always had time for questions, pictures and if we wanted - shopping. Islam was an excellent tour rep always on time and looking out for us and Nahla was the best in booking our trip without any issues and at a great price. We always felt safe no matter where we went and everywhere we found so many friendly and welcoming people. You won't go wrong using Lady Egypt on a visit to Egypt.

Lady Egypt lived up to all of its good reviews. Two days in Cairo and Giza, one in Alexandria. Brilliant guide (Mahmoud), excellent driver (Muhammad). (Driving in Cairo: do not attempt!) Clean, pleasant hotel (Zayad). Airport pick-up and drop-off as promised. The best three days I have spent in another country on my own.

We spend 10 days travelling around Egypt with flights, cruises, Feluca, hot air balloon, horse and carriage, long distance private vehicle rides, motor boats across waterways, trekking deep into tombs, strolling through botanical gardens, experiencing Nubian villages and exploring enormous temples. The team at Lady Egypt planned, tailored and organised the entire trip for us. The guides were very friendly, informative and professional. The entire trip was very well organised and we will definitely be back next year. Thank you for an adventure we will never forget!!

These people go above and beyond to ensure a safe, seamless, fun and informative adventure throughout Egypt. Our coordinator, Islam, was an exceptionally thoughtful and caring person. At times I felt the service was perhaps unnecessarily good! Such is the Egyptian hospitality so they say! All of our tour guides were excellent, for Cairo/Giza tours ask for Tommy (not sure how to spell his name). The one thing I will say is that it's important to have lots of cash with smaller denominations with you at all the times. This is true for Egypt in general but I mention it here because there were times where I wish I could have tipped Lady Egypt staff more but did not have the money with me. All in all, highly recommend this tour agency!!

I put Jan '12 because it was a must to fill it in - actually we've been using Lady Egypt since a number of years whenever we have relatives or friends visiting. Each day tour was taken care of and organised in a way that the visitors were feeling "royal" - It takes love to the business as well as to the country and its great history to do each and every time such an outstanding job. We can only recommend Lady Egypt - whether you come from abroad or you're (temporary) resident in this beautiful country and think you know it all ... Lady Egypt can still show you a "thing or two"! Thanks to the Management as well as to the excellent staff.

The trip was brilliant. We started off with the Sakkara pyramid, home of Egypt's oldest pyramid and then moved to the famous Pyramids of Giza after lunch. The collection was on time and transport for the day was more than comfortable with a very friendly and safe driver. We were provided with an excellent guide, Sherif, who was very knowledgeable about Egyptology. He ensured we saw everything of importance and helped in any way he could. He also kept the locals at bay so we didn't get hounded too much around the sites. Lunch was included in the cost of our trip and was a plentiful, tasty and the views of the pyramids from the restaurant were also great. We will be sure to recommend Lady Egypt Tours to anyone looking to do something in Egypt and we will definitely be organising some further trips with them in the future.

We were wavering about traveling, but are so very glad we decided to go to Egypt. We found Lady Egypt online and they gave us fantastic treatment - far exceeding even our high expectations. This is an amazing time to go to Egypt with very few tourists clogging the temples, tombs and museums. We took our pre-teen kids and it was the trip of a lifetime.

I recently used the services of Lady Egypt to visit the Cave Church in Cairo's old city. It is a remarkable place and I was surprised that the driver could maneuver the car through the very bumpy, narrow streets. I've been wanting to go there for a while but many suggested I not do it by myself. I felt very safe with the driver and representative so I would recommend anyone to call up their services to see a part of Cairo that is not recommended to do on own arrangements.

I have always wanted to visit Egypt to experience it's rich and amazing history, Lady Egypt made the experience unforgettable. Their service, specifically the transfer and walk-through at the airport, is beyond compare. On that alone I would strongly recommend them as a tour company. The guide who took us on a tour around Egypt was extremely knowledgeable and answered every single one of the millions of questions I asked. When we return to Egypt to explore that beautiful country further we will definitely be doing it with Lady Egypt.
