My husband and I did a 5 day Aswan & Luxor tour with Lady Egypt. We booked a bit last minute without extra costs which was great ofcourse. Everything went smooth, we had no issues at all. The hotels they choose were very nice, our favorite was the Steigenberger in Luxor with a beautiful pool and view on the nile. Our tourguide was friendly and told us so much about the Ancient history. It was a great experience travelling through the Anctien times. We would definitely recommend Lady Egypt to our friends and family. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

My friend referred me to Mohamed of Lady Egypt Tours and this man was able to make a custom schedule based on my flight itinerary. Everything you could possibly need was planned ahead of time so the moment you arrived you weren’t stressed out. He had waited just outside the arrival gate and also helped expedite the arrival process(passport control, medical clearance, etc.). Mohamed gave me insight of his wonderful city and some recommendations. He provided a copy of the tour itinerary and dropped me off at my accommodation. I was able to see everything I wanted and more through the tours planned for me. After I completed my wonderful time in Cairo, he personally escorted me to the airport. All this was an amazing experience but the thing I appreciate most is that he was willing to schedule it only 2-3 weeks prior to my arrival. I would highly recommend this company and to at least keep them in mind if you are planning on visiting Egypt anytime soon!

We,a grp of 21 friends visited Egypt from 6th to 14th.Lady Egypt tourshad made excellent arrangements for us right from transport,hotels,all our visits to museums,pyramids . Our guide,Mr Mahmoud was a very well read person and was fun to be with. Not only was he very knowledgeable but he was very patient and polite and made sure we were very comfortable throughout the tour. right from picking us up at the airport to dropping us back with boarding cards in our hands,he was very efficient and did not give us any opportunity to complain about anything. Review of: 6-Night Aswan to Luxor Nile Cruise from Cairo We did a 7 day tour with Lady Egypt which included Cairo and a cruise from Aswan to Luxor. We were very happy with how smoothly everything went. I would highly recommend using Lady Egypt or a similar operator, as this would have been a challenging trip to navigate on our own. Coordination: Email communication was very good and responses were prompt. Abeer, who I worked with customized the trip for us and was very helpful. He was able to put us up at any hotel we wanted in Giza or Cairo (we went with Mena House, recommended!) Airport Pickup / Drop Off: Was excellent and seamless. Someone met us past security / immigration and helped us get through. Someone else checked us in and out of our hotels while we relaxed in the lobby upon arrival. Guides: Our guide in Cairo, Mahmoud Salem was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and entertaining. We enjoyed his company and learned so much from him. He was also proactive about taking pictures of us and flexible based on how much time we wanted to spend places and in what order to do things. I highly recommend requesting him! Our guide in Aswan and Luxor was okay, not great. He was very nice and knowledgeable, but not nearly as helpful or entertaining as our Cairo guide. I did notice that we got hassled from vendors more because he tended to walk farther ahead of us and that sort of thing. Both guides purchased all of our tickets, etc. for us and handled any communication related to entry, check points, etc. which was nice and allowed us to relax and take in the sites. Cruise: We took the M/S Concerto from Aswan to Luxor. Considering that most Egyptian river cruises don't seem to offer direct bookings or have much information / many reviews online, and knowing from my research that "5 star" doesn't mean the same thing in Egypt that it does in the US, my expectations for the cruise ship were low. The decor was relatively updated, but not luxury, and the boat was very clean. Service from the waitstaff and cleaning crews was good. The food was mediocre. My impression is that this is what one should expect for a cruise in Egypt. We did get put in a nice room with large sliding doors which was great for cruising down the Nile. Itinerary / Sites: One thing that I wish Lady Egypt would have done was give us the option to fly to Abu Simbel. I didn't realize until our flights were already set in stone that going there from Aswan would involve a 3 hour drive each way and a 4:30 am departure, so we opted to skip it. Our tour organizer did look into flights and give us the option to fly instead of drive once we were there, which was very nice of him, but it didn't fit into the itinerary as well as it could have if planned in advance. I'd recommend skipping the Pyramid Light and Sound show. It was included in our package, but wasn't very good (the story or the sound quality, etc.) If I were redoing my itinerary, I also would have skipped Aswan. There are enough impressive temples to see in Luxor and they all started to blur together after a few days. However, much of my research indicated that Aswan was not to be missed, so I don't blame Lady Egypt at all for sending us there. That's just my two cents. We were very happy with our experience, and couldn't have imagined putting together and navigating this trip on our own. Thank you Lady Egypt!

We came all the way from Brazil and we were very well welcomed by Lady Egypt's Tour. They are very professional, acompanied us since we arrived at the airport and were always willing to do our wishes. I would recommend them for sure!

We booked Lady Egypt tours for a 2.5 days tour of Cairo. Unlike, all the other fab reviews they have, I feel we got unlucky with our guide but nevertheless this needs to be put out here to make people aware of they can come across. We were greeted by a representative at the airport who escorted us to the hotel, in our 40 mins journey, he briefed us on the history of Cairo and HOW MUCH TIP they are expecting which has to be paid upfront. AMAZING RIGHT? They expected a minimum of 20$ tip per person in a group of 12 people for the bell boys, driver & some random things they made up which didn't make sense to us. In addition to that, 5$ tip per day per person for the Guide. We were then introduced to our guide who would be with us for 2.5 days, who kept following up on the TIP, mind you the tone was very demanding vs a request. I am not against tipping, ofcourse we appreciate good work, but it has to be a choice at the end of the TOUR, we had already pre paid for this tour and this wasn't mentioned anywhere officially. When we tried to negotiate we were given lecture again on how tipping works in Cairo. We requested the guide that we have restricted budgets and this is all we can give, yet he forced us to pay an additional amount. If it is so essential, it should be pre collected with the tour fee, and if its not then the management needs to look into this scam. The guides kept telling us to be aware of the hustlers but it felt as if that the guide himself was an undercover hustler. Apart from this, I will mention that their services were good, however, the above-mentioned episode was very disappointing and not an acceptable approach for us. So before you book, please get the TIPS bit sorted on email!

Review of: 8-Night Cairo, Aswan and Luxor Explorer Tour from Cairo Lady Egypt Tour staff Aboudi (tour guide) and Mahmoud (tour coordinator) were terrific hosts and worked seamlessly to create the conditions for a rich, smooth and inspired trip. All logistics were well organized. Aboudi brings a depth of knowledge and passion for the deep history of all the sites we visited that was infectious and meaningful. We also went on the hot air ballon excursion offered at Luxor. Highly recommend this experience, it exceeded expectations in all ways - beautiful views, safe and very cool to see these very large balloons do their things.

Lady Egypt took care of everything, and I felt so safe! Cairo, for a couple days was good. ASwan was amazing and I would go back for a month! Luxor was incredible and I could spend weeks there peaking thru the streets. Hurghada was fun to relax. Wish I had time to explore Alexandria, Matrouh and Siwa. Drivers and local guides were amazing!

Not going to lie, after booking with Lady Egypt, I was a little skeptical because we never received a formal itinerary for our 2 week private tour. We were told a rep would meet us at the airport and explain everything. A day in, my skepticism vanished. The tour was masterly crafted by the tour rep, Anas, with superb and knowledgable guides. Sameh guided us through Cairo, Giza and Alexandria with the unspoken hero of the tour- our driver, Mohammed. Sameh wanted to show us the Western Desert, Wadi Rayann, after a big thumbs up from us he worked to shuffle our itinerary so we could make it out there. I'm so glad he did, the experience of the western desert cannot be overstated. Salty lakes with a waterfall (!), sand dunes like mountains, sandstone formations and the endless fossils left from an ocean that existed millennia ago - was just stunning. Upper Egypt brought us to our guide Saadoone. Candid and charismatic, he made sure we got the tailored experience we were looking for including a late night boat ride around the Nile in Luxor, and lunch at a locals seafood restaurant with THE BEST seafood stew I've ever had. At no time did I feel unsafe in Egypt, though I did not venture out without my husband or a male guide. If you are a woman, conservative dress (covered shoulders, long pants) is a must, especially at night. I dared to go to the market at night in cropped pants that hit me mid-calf - not in any time in my life did I have so many people stare at my shins! Fueled by Turkish coffee with a touch of cardamom, a felucca full of cigarettes, and the African sun we had the trip of a lifetime! We would love to make our way back to Egypt again and would definitely book with Lady Egypt.

Review of: 10-Night Luxury Spa Nile Cruise from Cairo We can't say enough about Lady Egypt! They went above and beyond to make our vacation fabulous. I became ill and they took me to the hospital, made sure we were not taken advantage of (because of being a tourist), helped with any interpreting, and visited me every day I was in. They even drove my husband back and forth to the hospital. When I was discharged they made sure we saw everything we wanted to see (that we had missed while I was in hospital).They did this on days we had not booked them for a tour (so I'm sure they did a lot of reorganizing to make things work for us). The staff was amazing and at times even used their personal vehicle to assist us. Would highly recommend them and would use them again. Can't say enough good about them. Amazing!

Review of: 6-Night Aswan to Luxor Nile Cruise from Cairo Just finished a tour to Egypt with my family and all I can say is that everything was fantastic. Lady Egypt tour manager Mr. Islam had arranged everything perfectly. Their travel guides Zizo and Wael are very very good and caring. My touring party included my parents (father is 74 and mother is 68) and thus rushing things during the tour would have been difficult but Lady Egypt reps took very good care of them and let us travel at our own pace. I would highly recommend Lady Egypt as the tour operator of choice in Egypt.

Since very young my husband and I dreamt of traveling to Egypt. This past December Lady Egypt made it a reality. I was able to plan my trip one on one with their trip managers, despite of our short time in Egypt and long list of sites to visit they were able to put together a great plan for us. This company is extremely detail oriented, they are by your side throughout your visit, since you walk off your plane until you cross airport security on the way out. Lady Egypt has probably the best tour guides in Egypt, we had 2 experienced Egyptologists guiding our tours, one of them Ahmad Kampuna was EXCEPTIONAL, one of the best guides we have had the pleasure to work with. This gentleman is not only knowledgeable, but an active profesor of Egyptology and currently work on active archeological sites. He was able to transfer tons of history and knowledge in a really easy and memorable way, while answering the thousands of questions we came up with during our visit, that aside, he is an extraordinary photographer, so my trip pictures to the pyramids look like magazine ads. I’ve been asked a lot about security due to the timing of my visit; in general the country is safe as long and you plan your visit with a reputable tour company like Lady Egypt and stay in world know brand hotels.

Working together, we designed a memorable, diverse and very personal tour. The tour manager and each of our guides were timely, professional and knowledgeable. The door to door service made each transition go smoothly. We loved the ability to stay longer or change the order each day based on our needs and interests. I can not thank Lady Egypt enough. My holiday to Egypt was what dreams are made of, we started in the Ancient times in Cairo and finished in the now at the Hurghurda resort. I had dreamt of this trip since the age of 14 when I first studied Ancient History, that dream became a reality for my 50th birthday. I actually cried when I seen the pyramids. I had such a magical time, I rode a camel in the desert when quad bike riding, sailed the Nile had the privlidge of visiting the Beduin camp, took a ride in a hot air baloon over the valley of the kings and so much more, it was amazing. In February of 2019, my husband and I spend two weeks in Egypt using Lady Egypt for organizing our trip. The itinerary was carefully prepared by Abeer, who was a true joy to work with. Her kindness and profesionalizm were exceptional! Upon arrival, Khalifa, from LE welcomed us at the airport and took care of all our needs throughout the trip (for example, he made quick changes to our itenerary, when I fell I’ll, and arranged for a very early check-in in one of the hotels). From Cairo, to Luxor, Assuan, Abu Simbel and Sharm ek Sheikh, we were met by guides with drivers, always on time and ready to make our trip memorable. Abeer and Khalifa were always available when we needed to contact them. Overall, I am glad to recommend Lady Egypt to other travelers.

It was a beautiful experience to be in Egypt in the first place. Meemo was the most enthusiastic guide ever, and was so passionate about each and every detail and entertained us with the most marvellous anecdotes and tidbits of info- damn cool person and interacted with us on a personal level too, making the tour so much more lively. We covered a lot of sites, and took in the glory of the sights, as we were steered through Egypt in an undulated manner. Would love to go back again! “Chalo, chalo!”. Meemo, you’re the best!

Lady Egypt Tours tailored our trip to the best of their ability; however ultimately it runs on the schedules of flights and cruise ships. The first four days were good with a fantastic guide. The rest felt like being passed from one van to another. A shuttle. However, they did look after us very well. I enjoyed my trip.

We used the company for custom tours in Cairo, organizing our flights and getting us around. They were terrific! I am sorry but I am not sure I recall the name of our contact, I think Mohammad, because he made sure we had everything we needed and was very nice about changing the car. We loved the guide they supplied in Cairo and thanks to them we felt safe at all times. I highly recommend them.
